Booking cancellations made 7+ days prior to your tour will be refunded in full.
Booking cancellations made less than 7 days from your tour will not be refunded, sorry.
No Shows will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee, sorry, no exceptions.
Also, we kindly ask that all guests respect their fellow travellers by being on time for their morning pick up by our coach ideally by being 5 minutes early.
Further, as we require minium passenger numbers to do our day tour, there maybe the rare occaision we'll need to cancel a particular tour due to insufficient numbers. In this situation, you will be offered an alternate travel date or should this not be convenient, a full refund will be offered.
